Tim Allen brings more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications to his role as Chief Sales Officer at Evolve IP.  His breadth of industry experience in sales, marketing, and strategic development is driving the company’s efforts to market a unique suite of services that help businesses turn their vital communications technologies into a competitive advantage.

For more than two decades, Tim worked at ATX Telecommunications Services, rising through its ranks to become on of its four executive leaders, and head the company’s commercial sales force across the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Tim’s drive and leadership helped ATX Telecommunications Services grow to an enterprise with more than $160 million in annual revenues, 22,000 clients, and industry-leading metrics in sales, marketing, customer service and satisfaction.  His efforts in retaining and growing revenue was instrumental in securing and closing the multi-billion dollar merger between ATX and two publicly traded companies, CoreComm Limited and Voyager.net in 2000.   As Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing of the combined company, he helped guide the organization through a successful reorganization and subsequent sale of the company to Broadview Networks in September of 2006. 

Tim is a 1985 graduate of Villanova University, and a 2005 recipient of the Ethos Award for honesty and integrity in the communications industry awarded by the Villanova School of Communication Arts.

Tim currently resides in Berwyn, PA.
