As Chief Financial Officer for Evolve IP, Marc Rubinsohn strives to build a world-class finance organization within a world-class technology organization. Actively leading the way, Mr. Rubinsohn stresses the importance of building policies and procedures that are not only GAAP compliant but that enable the business to run more efficiently.

Mr. Rubinsohn also serves as the CFO for GPX Enterprises and all of its subsidiaries. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has many years of accounting and finance experience.  

Prior to his current role, Mr. Rubinsohn worked at Commerce Capital Markets, Inc. , the broker-dealer subsidiary at Commerce Bank. Starting as Senior Accountant, Mr. Rubinsohn worked his way up through the organization. Upon acquisition by Toronto-Dominion Bank, he was named Chief Financial Officer of the United States Wealth Management division and became responsible for reporting on a $100 million dollar division with 600 employees and $30 billion in assets under management.

Prior to working at Commerce, Mr. Rubinsohn worked at Asher and Company, a Philadelphia-based public accounting firm. As a Senior Accountant, he conducted numerous audits of private and public companies.

Mr. Rubinsohn received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
