Project Manager
Position Description:
Coordinate and lead high end customer implementation of WAN, Telephony and Network Security Services
Major Responsibilities:
Drive project implementation and revenue, customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications:
- Three years experience in the PBX Interconnect business installing and/or project managing PBX installations
- Experience in Site surveys, LAN Assessments, IP-PBX: Cisco, Avaya, ShorTel, Inter-Tel, or Mitel
- Design and implement Call Center, Auto Attendant and IVR systems and applications
- Design and support installation of IP phones, WLAN and POE solutions
- Project management and pre/post sale customer interaction skills
- Experience in customer needs assessments, network documentation and end user training
- Familiar with carrier services, VoIP
- Network management, paging systems, MOS, network baselines, MPLS, QoS a plus
Special Skills/Equipment:
- Expert in Visio and/or MS Project a plus
- Familiarity with NetCool and/or SAP a plus
