Position Title:
Senior Network Engineer

Position Description:
The purpose of this position is to support and maintain the network and our customer base. The main focus of this engineer will be on the Voice over IP (VoIP) network components, but may extend to core routers, switches, servers and applications, as necessary.

The network engineer will be act as second level troubleshooting, and will also be involved in network design, installation, configuration, routing, etc.

Major Reposibilities:
 - Second level troubleshooting
 - Network implementation / equipment installation
 - Network configuration
 - Network design
 - Some vendor and project management
 - Some equipment trial and testing
 - Some product development, testing, and integration
 - Some on-site customer interaction may be required
 - Other duties, as assigned

Required Qualifications:
 - 4 years network engineering experience
 - Experience using/configuring Broadsoft feature servers
 - Experience troubleshooting SIP-based VoIP
 - Some experience with Acme Packet preferred
 - Some experience in network security preferred
 - Cisco certifications preferred
 - Detail oriented
 - Able to lift 50 pounds

 - Broadsoft feature servers
 - Acme Packet Session Border Controllers
 - Cisco Routers
 - Cisco Switches
 - Protocol Analyzers (sniffers)
