Position Description:
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for customer implementations of all Evolve IP product sets, gathering the customer’s requirements, managing internal resources, ordering services with telecommunication carriers, and implementing new products and services. Daily interaction with customers and sales associates is required. Upon the completion of projects, the PM is active in follow up, support, and training to deliver a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint on a Windows XP operating system is required
- Knowledge of Internet applications such as Internet Explorer or Firefox
- Candidate must have a high degree of written and oral communication skills
- The ability to lead employees and work as part of a team is necessary
- A bachelor’s degree in a business or technology related field is preferred
- Experience with Cisco’s WebEx application is desired
- Knowledge of general technology is essential
- Having a working knowledge of VoIP technology, Hosted Exchange, telecommunications, email security, or data backup and recovery is desired, but not required
