More Than 150 Organizations Maximize Their Vital Communications Technologies with Evolve IP’s
Managed Solutions

WAYNE, Pa. — January 26, 2009 — Evolve IP today revealed that over the past year of offering managed technology services to the business community, it has secured more than 150 business, government, and educational customers, representing over 6,000 total users.  During this increasingly challenging economy, large and small businesses have partnered with Evolve IP to reduce their capital expenditures, simplify their vital communication technologies and increase productivity.

Key customer wins in 2008 included: the Tattnall School, Service Mark UGI, Pearl Pressman Liberty Communications Group, Anro Printing, Kaiserman, Ameriflex, Viro Pharma, Penn Liberty Bank, Intelligent Capital Network, and Tasty Baking Company.

“Over the past year, we’ve seen a tremendous response to our product offerings from organizations of all sizes representing various sectors, including Financial Services, Government, Healthcare, and Non-Profits,” said Tim Allen, Chief Sales Officer for Evolve IP.  “While we are more than pleased with our client roster, we are most proud of the very positive feedback from customers, who report that our products have simplified their previous multi-vendor solutions, and offered significant increases in productivity for their employees and IT staff, all while often reducing total costs.”

Built from the ground up to integrate four key business technology practices – Managed Telephony, Managed Networks, Network Security & Compliance, and Hosted Applications –  Evolve IP’s world-class service delivery architecture can serve as a complete outsourced solution, or be tailored to enhance existing communications systems.  The platform is engineered, managed, and supported by industry veterans with significant experience and success building and managing companies in telephony, data communications, Internet access, and security.

“Evolve IP has proven to be an invaluable partner in coordinating our recent move and the deployment of our mission critical communication technologies.  Relying on Evolve IP saved countless hours of work and challenges for our IT staff, in addition to many other costs.  By moving to the hosted solutions model, we have completely eliminated the need for multi-vendor technology coordination and are enjoying huge productivity gains within our IT organization,” said David W. Van Dusen, President/CEO of Pearl Pressman Liberty.

“We are very excited to see our customers realize tangible productivity gains and real competitive advantage by deploying our solutions. Our consultative sales approach enables us to mirror our technology deliverables with our customer’s objectives, and has ultimately been the linchpin of our success,” said Guy Fardone, Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Evolve IP.

After closing an equity capital raise of $15.6 million in September 2007, Evolve IP continued to achieve significant corporate milestones throughout 2008. In June, the Company acquired Lyrio IP Technology Solutions, a Philadelphia-based provider of IP technology products and services, exemplifying Evolve IP’s plans to combine strong organic growth with the active pursuit of targeted acquisitions and strategic partnerships.  Also in June, Evolve IP was selected by the Eastern Technology Council to be the exclusive “Preferred Provider” of managed technology services to its members and was a finalist for the Technology Startup of the Year.

“After another successful year of business growth, we’re pleased to see that our customers are reaping the advantages of our experience, expertise, and innovative deployment of communications technologies, and we’re looking forward to continued strong growth in 2009. Our business model enables organizations large and small to quickly realize the productivity and efficiency gains, and overall return on investment enabled by our managed solutions,” said Thomas Gravina, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Evolve IP.
