OSSmosis, Evolve IP's Online Customer Portal, recognized for Outstanding Innovation
WAYNE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Evolve IP announced today that OSSmosis, the company's online customer portal, has been named a recipient of the 2009 Product of the Year Awards by Technology Marketing Corporation's (TMC(R)) INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine.

OSSmosis is an intuitive and user-friendly online portal that gives businesses the power and flexibility to manage a variety of account services. Through OSSmosis, administrative personnel can see account, product, and billing history. Technical contacts can make "moves, adds, and changes" to their company services, including the Evolved Office Hosted PBX and Call Center Solutions; Hosted Microsoft Exchange; Web, E-mail, and Network Security; and Reflection Data Backup & Recovery (DBR) solutions. They can also monitor their LAN/WAN, telephony, and security services; review critical performance statistics such as bandwidth usage, network availability, and health; and manage their service level agreements.
End users can make authorized changes to their account services, and access a library of technical assistance and training documentation. In addition, technical and group administrators can directly contact a technical service representative for additional support.
OSSmosis was introduced to all Evolve IP customers in February 2009. Since then, the portal has been expanded to serve the company's Channel Partner network. OSSmosis for Partners lets Evolve IP Partners and Agents build custom quotations, request special pricing, monitor sales and progress, and more, all from the power of their desktops.
Today, nearly all Evolve IP customers manage their accounts and services through the OSSmosis portal.
