GPX Realty Partners Woods Office Center Renamed Evolve IP Corporate Center

Haverford, PA -based GPX Realty Partners, L.P. has renamed The Wayne Woods Office Center complex to Evolve IP Corporate Center. This new name will mark the completion of a $10 million capital improvement program at the Evolve IP Corporate Center, a 12-building, 370,000-square-foot office complex, in Wayne, Pa.
Evolve IP Corporate Center is located at 983 - 999 Old Eagle School and can accommodate tenants from 1,000 to 4,000 square feet. The property is accessible to all major arteries and destinations within the Delaware Valley, including the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Rt 276), Route 202, the Blue Route (Rt 476), Route 422 and the Schuylkill Expressway.
GPX Realty Partners has committed to significant leasehold and infrastructure improvements to upgrade the complex as a whole. Completed property upgrades include landscaping, new common area finishes, parking lot upgrades, sidewalk and curbing enhancements, exterior lighting updates, new park identification signage, and high-tech tenant services and amenities.
