Calculator Purpose

The Evolve IP TCO calculator was developed to help businesses compare the true cost of an on-premise PBX deployment vs the Evolve IP HPBX solution. To properly evaluate the financial merits of two different buying models (Cloud versus Premise-based) it is necessary to project the full expense over the typical lifecycle (5 years) of a Premise-based IP PBX. This TCO calculator can be used to estimate the costs of purchasing, installing, maintaining, and administering an on-premise PBX deployment. Note, as every business is unique, it is a guide designed to get you 90% of the way to a final cost.
