Evolve IP’s management team is a group of proven business leaders with a long term track record of success.  Through a commitment to creating engaging, professional environments with a focus on customer satisfaction, their previous organizations have delivered exceptional results for their associates, customers and investors.

Working together for almost 20 years, the senior team has guided and led a number of prior companies through critical stages of growth and development.   They have responded to and capitalized on market opportunities, technological advancements, and the ever changing competitive, regulatory, and capital market environments.   From the early entrepreneurial periods through rapid revenue growth, to the challenging times for technology companies in the early 2000’s, through recent successful transactions, members of the Management team have participated in and or led to the following achievements:

• Created and led one of Philadelphia fastest growing privately held companies and inducted into the Top 100 Hall of Fame by the Wharton Small Business Development Center.
• Founding member of The Associated Communications Companies of America (ACCA) in 1986 and a highly influential role in the formation of Comptel.
• CEO Thomas Gravina was inducted into the Wharton School Philadelphia Buisness Journal CEO Hall of Fame.

The core team started Evolve IP from the ground up to create a new way for companies of all sizes to buy, manage and secure the technologies they use to communicate.
