We’re looking for a Account Manager to join our Sales team to help retain and grow the relationships with Evolve IP’s client base. You’re great at understanding customer needs and identifying ways that Evolve IP’s products and services can satisfy those needs.
What you’ll do:
A day in life of an Account Manager (or what we like to call ‘Client Technology Advisor’) consists of establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts. You’re constantly scouting opportunities for account growth and coordinating involvement of additional company personnel to help meet customer expectations. When not in the office, you’re meeting face to face with customers, presenting our ‘Client Value Report’.
Who you are:
You’re a College graduate (or have equivalent experience). Your time management skills allow you to thrive in fast-paced environments. You have the ability to retain, grow, and acquire new customers. You’re excited by and want to learn more about the technology industry. You’re outgoing and great at communicating.
You’re a Microsoft Office Expert (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio) and you are comfortable with using social media. You have a general understanding of telecommunications equipment, products, and vendors.
