Great, so what’s the job?

The Business Development Associate position is an entry level sales role that will serve as a starting point for a career in sales or marketing. The main objective is to prospect and generate interest in the marketplace; ultimately scheduling and qualifying opportunities for our Sales Associates.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Targeted prospecting into the base
  • Manage through prospecting process including follow up content and qualification
  • Scheduling of First Appointments (“meetings”) with prospects and coordinating these meetings with the Sales team
  • Administrative tasks to track prospecting activity

  • Ability to work directly with internal staff and customers in a professional consultative manner
