Evolve IP, The Cloud Strategy Company, and one of Philadelphia’s hottest tech companies, is in need of a top-notch, detail-oriented Salesforce.com Administrator that will lead the Business Operations Support Systems team in the utilization of Salesforce deployment. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Functional Areas (FAs) on data structure, processing for contact and opportunity management as well as coordinate with management and associates on goal priorities, team needs, and achievements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years industry experience
  • High-level EQ
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with internal staff and customers in a professional consultative manner
  • Ability to analyze and explain data and trends
  • Expertise in SFDC
  • MSOffice proficient

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Overall utilization of Salesforce
  • Analyzing market data and trends
  • Assisting Sales team with leads
  • Integration of 3rd party technologies
  • Responsible for monitoring of database health like removing old/bad data, acquiring/importing new lists, data appending and periodic maintenance projects such as:
    • De-duplication reports / reconciliation
    • Lead conversions
    • Report and dashboard organization/clean up
    • Field audits
  • Execution of system organization and maintenance, JIRA release documentation and sales enablement including:
    • User provisioning/deactivation
    • Support 90+ salesforce users, technical troubleshooting
    • Roles / profiles / permission sets / licenses / forecasting
    • Adhoc reporting, dashboards
  • Primary focus will be on objects/apps that support custom apps, sales enablement apps and marketing apps, but will also support:
    • Insidesales.com (or other powerdialer) administration
    • Outlook / Tenfold integrations
    • TA Evaluations
    • Client Reference Requests
    • M&A Targets / Contacts / Advisors / Dashboards / Lightning Experience
    • Target Account Plans
    • CA Plans
    • Partner Portal – Impartner (RV) Objects/Fields
  • Ensure close training, guidance, and support of Sales Operations Admin. by having an understanding of the primary responsibilities of the team including:
  • Sales questions on proposal building, configuration, cloning, versioning, approval process, troubleshooting
  • Docusign, Conga Merge, ActionGrid, Product Bundler
  • Objects such as products, price books, opportunities
  • Basic understand and support of SFDC in the migration process to other backend operation systems
  • Process for closing out the sales wallboard each month
