Position Summary

The Sales Engineer – Unified Communications is the technical resource for Salesforce for the Unified Communications product set.  This position is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.  In addition, this position is responsible for the development and delivery of product demonstrations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrable experience with PBX, networking, unified communication and call center technologies
  • 3 years’ sales engineering experience
  • In depth knowledge of Evolve IP product sets
  • Familiarity with UCaaS, Contact Center, Networking (MPLS, SD WAN) markets
  • High level EQ
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Outgoing, self-motivated, and personable
  • Ability to work directly with internal staff and customers in a professional and consultative manner
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • MSOffice proficient
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
