Thank you for choosing Evolve IP for your vital technology needs. As a partner, your contract with Evolve IP consists of your Master Service Agreement (hereinafter, the “MSA”), and the Service Exhibits below (hereinafter, the “Service Exhibits”), the Acceptable Use Policy below (hereinafter, the “AUP”), and the Statement of Work below (hereinafter, the “SOW”).

PLEASE READ THE APPLICABLE SERVICE EXHIBITS, THE SOW, AND THE AUP LISTED BELOW, AS THESE GOVERN THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU (THE “PARTNER”) AND EVOLVE IP. BY EXECUTING THE MSA, THE PARTNER AGREES TO THE SERVICE EXHIBITS, THE SOW, THE AUP AND THE OTHER SCHEDULES SET FORTH BELOW. EVOLVE IP MAY CHANGE THE ADDITIONAL TERMS, SERVICE EXHIBITS, SOW, AUP AND OTHER SCHEDULES LISTED BELOW AT ANY TIME. YOU SHOULD CHECK THIS SITE FREQUENTLY FOR THE MOST UP TO DATE INFORMATION. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICES CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO EVOLVE IP’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT ARE IN EFFECT AT THE TIME YOU USE THE SERVICES.
