We released a major upgrade to The Evolved Call Center today. The technology now has support for Apple and Mac OS-based businesses and provides advanced reporting with 16 new customizable templates.
These new features continue to build on the robust functionality set that was recognized by TMC when the editors gave us the Product of the Year award earlier this year. For the rest of the details on the new features, take a look at the press release we issued this morning:
