Clinical Data Exchange involves the acquisition and transport of various elements of a patient’s medical record. Clinical Data Exchange does involve Protected Health Information (PHI).When we were looking to move our production systems to an infrastructure provider a number of factors came into play…security scalability, reliability, as well as performance.
