What are the challenges that you faced before choosing Evolve IP as a partner?
We needed to consolidate our aging PBX systems, these systems were also located over 28 countries and had 5,000 users using our systems along with new locations opening at a steady pace.
The users that we have varied requirements, analogue handsets, SIP phones, VoWiFi devices and Webex softphone.
We were faced with the challenge of reducing our devices to reduce CAPEX costs and looking for ways in which we can integrate with a cloud Project Management System. We were also looking at ways we could use Call Cantre technology to centralise our reservations, room services etc. With the support of call analytics. The experience of the team stood out to us from the beginning. Advising us on the technologies that we needed instead of selling us expensive and complicated technologies that we did not necessarily need.
Due to no existing Integration into Project Management Systems (PMS) and some property Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Evolve IP engaged with their technology partners at Mondago & TigerTMS development team, and together they created a bespoke PMS & CRM integration.
This enabled us to retain our bedroom phones and leverage existing infrastructure via Gateways. This also gave us the flexibility to use multiple endpoints, using vendors Ascom, Vtech, Poly, Cisco, Yealink, Webex, Teams and more. Plus, they developed a full guest and front-of-house services with Disaster Recovery and Fraud Management built-in.
