Terms and Conditions

This promotion is based on New Logos with a minimum of 100 Seats of UCaaS/CCaaS/MS Teams/Cisco Webex, 50 seats of DaaS, or 30 seats of Office in a Box (DaaS + MS Teams). This offer is good on deals registered between 1/1/2024 and 6/30/2024 that close before 6/30/2025. The 1X bonus incentive applies to deals registered between 1/1/2024 and 6/30/2024 that close before 9/30/2024. Office in a Box spiffs must include both DaaS and MS Teams Voice for all users. This promotion is based on the total sold and installed MRCs less applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges and is not payable on any non-recurring revenue, ITaaS/Help Desk, or software licensing including but not limited to Microsoft SPLA, Azure, O365, Cisco Umbrella, Clearlogin, or Mimecast. Payment of the promotion will occur once all services on the executed Sales Order have been installed. The total spiff amount paid on any individual account will not exceed $250,000 and may be reduced if additional pricing concessions are offered over and above Evolve IP’s standard discounting. Any reductions, cancellations, or early terminations of the executed sales order may result in a chargeback of the spiff payment. Final determination of compliance with the above terms is at Evolve IP’s sole discretion and Evolve IP reserves the rights to discontinue the promotion at any time without notice.
