Evolve IP Completes Recent Acquisitions and Customer Integrations; Experiencing Mid-West Regional Growth

WAYNE, Pa.— May 9th, 2013 Evolve IP, The Cloud Services Company™, today announced that it has completed the purchase and customer integration of two recently announced merger and acquisitions: iPiphany of Chicago, Illinois and Semperon of West Chester, Pennsylvania.

An Inc. 500 company, Evolve IP provides organizations with a unified option for cloud services. Both organizations came to Evolve IP with a Broadsoft Unified Communications customer base and the desire to keep them with an organization that focused on excellent customer service and one that provided a stable, redundant platform with additional services. On average customers were seamlessly migrated to Evolve IP’s award-winning solution in 90-120 days with many customers already taking advantage of Evolve IP’s unified cloud platform.
