A voicemail transfer occurs when a call comes in, and you want to transfer that call straight to an employee’s voicemail box. To perform a voicemail transfer, you want to have a call come in. When a call comes in, you can either pick up your handset or select the answer “soft” key. Once answered, you will want to select the “transfer” button on the bottom of the screen. To perform the voicemail transfer, first dial “star, five, five.” Once entered, please enter in the extension you want to the call to go to and then press pound (#). Your call has now been transferred to that employee’s voicemail box.
