Chief Operations Officer

Martin Call joined Evolve IP in 2021 and is responsible for the strategic vision and execution of client operations and success initiatives. He is a seasoned customer experience and product professional with over 15 years of business operations experience in international logistics, global sales, and M&A integration management. Martin’s operational teams are known for their unique, customer-centric approach and have been recognized by the American Business Awards for “Best Technical Support Strategy and Implementation”.

Prior to joining Evolve IP, Martin worked for the DoD (USAF) in the Foreign Military Sales office for F-16s, managing international logistics for the fighter aircraft. After transitioning back to the private sector, Martin led all customer operations at CallTower, a cloud-based communications company, the company scaled 3x during his tenure.

In his current role, Martin oversees the Company’s global support, service delivery, and client relations teams, ensuring client retention and satisfaction by delivering seamless onboarding, unparalleled technical support, and building lasting relationships.

Martin has a B.A in Technical Sales from Webster State University, magna cum laude, and graduated from Webster University with a M.A. in Management and Leadership, with high honors.
