Michael Eisner

Executive Vice President, Corporate Development

Michael Eisner serves as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development for Evolve IP. Michael has over 15 years of corporate development experience and has completed over 40 transactions, both domestic and international.

Prior to his current role, Michael served as Principal for GPX Enterprises, a private investment firm where Evolve IP was a direct investment, and an analyst for SSG Capital Advisors, a middle market special situations investment banking firm.

Michael received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. Michael also completed the Association for Corporate Growth University Program, was awarded an Emerging Leader and Corporate Development Professional of the Year Awards by The M&A Advisor, and has volunteered on the Executive Corporate Board of The Franklin Institute and The Opportunity Research Fund of The US Department of Energy.
