Sue McCurley

Chief Human Resources Officer

Sue McCurley serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for Evolve IP. Sue brings over 30 years of experience in finance and human resources with over 25 years in the technology industry. She is responsible for creation, implementation, and execution of the programs responsible for all aspects of the associate experience including recruiting, onboarding, career path, leadership development, benefits, client and internal training, and integration of associates through Evolve IP’s acquisition of new companies.

Prior to moving full time into human resources, Sue was VP, Finance and HR. In this role she managed Human Resource functions for the entire company and various areas of finance including the Midwest region and working with the merger and acquisition teams.

Sue previously spent 10 years as the CFO of IPiphany, LLC, a cloud based VOIP and managed service provider in the Chicagoland area, which was acquired by Evolve IP in 2012. Sue was responsible for all aspects of the company's financial, administrative, and human resource responsibilities. Prior to IPiphany, Sue worked as Regional Director of Finance for Convergent Communications, a data and voice integration company, with responsibilities of the financial teams across the east coast area. Sue’s extensive financial background also includes time at a technology solutions provider, an environmental firm and a major accounting firm.

Sue received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Bowling Green State University.
