Recovery Point’s partnership with Evolve IP replaces their previous phone system with a robust, enterprise-grade platform that offers more features at considerable savings. Evolve IP moves Recovery Point’s phone system to the cloud and will not only streamline their internal and external communications but also manage costs. Powered by their All-in-One Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx Communications Solutions, Evolve IP supports native platform-level integration and hybrid deployments, as well as traditional phone system and call center requirements.
The partnership was facilitated by CXponent’s CEO, Joe Rice. CXponent is a customer-focused provider of IT Sourcing Advisory and Deployment Services for mid-market companies. CXponent collaborated with Recovery Point to assess project risks and financial impact to inform the technology decision. Together, CXponent and Evolve IP made recommendations on potential business improvements and ultimately will be delivering the Microsoft Teams Voice and Contact Center service to Recovery Point.
